Refund Policy

1. Refund Window

Eligible shared hosting, web hosting, mail hosting, VPS, VDS, and Minecraft hosting orders may be refunded within 48Hours/2Days of the first purchase when the service has not violated our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use rules.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Some products and charges are not refundable because they involve reserved capacity, third-party costs, or administrative work. Non-refundable items include:

• •Dedicated servers, custom hardware, custom configurations, and special orders.
• •Domain names, licenses, add-ons, setup fees, migration fees, and control panel licenses.
• •Renewal payments, upgrade fees, account credits, and promotional or discounted orders unless stated otherwise.
• •Services suspended or terminated for abuse, spam, illegal activity, payment disputes, or policy violations.

3. Service Issues

If a service issue occurs, please contact support first so we can investigate and attempt to resolve it. Refund eligibility may depend on the nature of the issue, service logs, customer configuration, and whether the issue was caused by our platform or a third party.

4. How to Request a Refund

Send a refund request to support@fluxcloud.host with your account email, order number, payment details, and reason for the request. We may ask for extra information to verify the payment and service ownership.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are usually processed within 7 to 10 business days. The final time for funds to appear depends on the payment method, bank, wallet, or payment processor.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting support may result in service suspension while the dispute is reviewed. Please contact us first so we can resolve billing issues quickly.
