Terms of Service
These terms explain how Fluxcloud services may be used, what customers are responsible for, and how we manage hosting accounts, orders, payments, and service availability.
Last updated: May 1, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, placing an order, paying an invoice, or using any Fluxcloud service, you agree to follow these Terms of Service and any policies referenced on this website. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Fluxcloud provides hosting services including VPS hosting, VDS hosting, Minecraft hosting, dedicated servers, web hosting, and mail hosting. Service features, limits, locations, prices, and availability may vary by plan and may be updated as infrastructure changes.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure, maintaining accurate account information, and all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use our services for illegal, abusive, or harmful activity. Prohibited use includes:
- •Sending spam, phishing, malware, or fraudulent content.
- •Hosting or distributing illegal, copyrighted, or abusive material.
- •Launching attacks, scans, botnets, crypto abuse, or activity that harms networks or users.
- •Using excessive resources in a way that disrupts shared platforms or other customers.
5. Payments and Renewals
Services must be paid for before activation or renewal unless otherwise agreed. Orders may remain pending until payment is verified. Failure to pay renewal invoices may result in suspension, termination, or data removal after the applicable grace period.
6. Backups and Data
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups unless a plan specifically includes managed backups. We work to keep services reliable, but we cannot guarantee recovery of data after accidental deletion, compromise, suspension, termination, or hardware failure.
7. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate services that violate these terms, create security risks, remain unpaid, or receive credible abuse reports. In urgent cases, action may be taken without prior notice to protect our network, customers, or third parties.
8. Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable hosting with strong uptime, but no service can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted. Maintenance, upstream provider issues, attacks, software bugs, force majeure events, or customer-side configuration may affect availability.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fluxcloud is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or damages greater than the amount paid for the affected service during the billing period in which the issue occurred.
